The enormous market pressure on the builders of electronic musical instruments has not always benefited the quality of the instruments they produce. Too often did these creative tools have to be scaled down and deprived of allegedly 'unnecessary features' in order for them to appeal to a name- and faceless majority.

We do not build instruments for certain music styles.
We build instruments with an identity of their own.

Started in 1995, Jomox has invented a whole bunch of innovative electronic music instruments yet. Our first aspect of a musical instrument is its sound and usability. Therefore we use sophisticated and expensive true analog circuitries in the critical parts of sound production to get the maximum in sound.

Nothing sounds like JoMoX - we made a multiple choice test with the return cards of hundreds of users and got mostly a "1", means the best note for the sound.

The XBase 09 was the first product from the House of JoMoX and is still a most asked device of our product line. Numerous test reports and satisfied customers have shown us that we are on the right track with our philosophy. Anyone who ever pressed its 'START' button soon had the XBase 09 grooving him into ecstacy. What more could the builder of a musical instrument ever hope to achieve?

It is our philosophy to explore all possible concepts, no matter how unusual, in order to create innovative musical products.
